Itinerary

Day 1: SPECTACULAR DUBAI

ARRIVE DUBAI (FLIGHT (NOT INCLUDED) ACCOMMODATIONS: HYATT PLACE AL RIGGA ACTIVITY: ARRIVAL TRANSFER
Upon Arrival at Dubai Airport Terminal, proceed to clear immigration. After collecting your baggage and having cleared customs proceed to the arrival area where our representative will be waiting for you. (hotel check in time 15:00 hrs)  (Rooms are pre-selected to avoid time taken in check-in process however passport needs to be submitted for scanning at the welcome desk which is a mandatory requirement as defined by Government of UAE. As you will be arriving earlier than the check in time - you can store our luggage till your rooms are ready)

DAY 2: DUBAI ACCOMMODATIONS: HYATT PLACE AL RIGGA ACTIVITY: FULL DAY DUBAI CITY TOUR Breakfast at the hotel

Meet your local guide in the hotel lobby and proceed for a half day old Dubai city tour which begins with a drive along the skyscraper area of Sheikh Zayed Road, also referred to as the “Little Manhattan”. We pass by the Emirates Towers and the Dubai World Trade Centre, continuing the short drive along the Jumeirah beach visiting Jumeirah Mosque (viewed from outside). It is one of the largest and most beautiful Mosque of Dubai, which is considered a prominent landmark of the city. Built in the medieval Fatimid tradition, it is a spectacular example of modern Islamic architecture and is particularly active at night. Post this, we drive along the Zabeel road, passing by the Palace of Sheikh Mohammad, as well as the Rashid Palace, home to the Royal family of Dubai (no photography here please).

Later we visit the Al Fahidi Fort which houses the Dubai Museum. It was built around 1787, and once guarded the landward approaches to the town. Renovated in 1971 for use as a museum, its colorful life size dioramas vividly depict everyday life in the days before the discovery of oil. Galleries recreate scenes from the Creek, traditional Arab houses, mosques, the souk, date farms, deserts and marine life. 

After the museum, we move ahead to cross the creek by traditional boats – called ABRA - to reach the Souq, which is the Arabic word for a market or a place where different kinds of goods are brought or exchanged. Traditionally, Arabic shipping vessels discharge their cargo brought from Far East, China, Ceylon and India on the docks, which would be bargained over in the souks adjacent to the docks. 

Despite the change in times, Dubai’s Spice and Gold Souk’s remains a favorite spot for all tourists. Various varieties of spices are available from all over the Arab world and close by countries. Silk and Ittar (Arabic Perfume) re also found in abundance. Gold is a serious business in this part of the world. This can be seen through the gold souks or the gold markets, which are truly a dazzling sight to behold. These have earned Dubai a reputation for being the 'City of Gold'. The markets offer earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants. 
Then you will be transfer to One & Only the Palm Hotel.

Later you will be visit to Dubai Mall for visit to at the top Burj Khalifa - the Tallest Tower - No building in modern history has aroused so much curiosity and intrigue as has Burj Khalifa. Your - At the Top, Burj Khalifa - visit will answer all your questions. From your vantage point on “Level 124” of the world’s tallest building, you will experience what it is like to see the world from such a lofty height.

VISIT - AT THE TOP BURJ KHALIFA 
You’re visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Here and throughout your journey, you will be entertained and informed by a multi-media presentation that chronicles Dubai’s exotic history and the fascinating story of Burj Khalifa. Leave the reception area aboard the 65-metre-long travelator on a trip that transports you through time, from the earliest days of Dubai to the present. Pause briefly at a unique viewing point for your first close-up view of the soaring Burj Khalifa, seen through a skylight framing its awe-inspiring height. Begin your vertical ascent to the observation deck in a high-speed elevator, travelling at 10 meters per second. As the doors open, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a breath-taking unobstructed 360-degree view of the city, the desert and the ocean. By night, sparkling lights and stars compete for your attention.  
Special telescopes provide virtual time-travel visions of the scenes beyond and below. You’ll see close-up real-time views as well as the past and the future, by day and by night. You can also walk the entire perimeter for the most comprehensive views. If you wish, venture out onto the open-air terrace to enjoy another perspective of the sweeping views below. You can even shop around and take home a truly unique souvenir of your visit. The tour typically last for 1 hour. On return, you will be taking with you a fuller appreciation of this architectural wonder and a deeper understanding of Dubai’s remarkable vision. Meals: Breakfast

DAY 3: DUBAI ACCOMMODATIONS: HYATT PLACE AL RIGGA ACTIVITY: HALF DAY SHARJAH CITY TOUR Breakfast at the hotel restaurant

09:00 AM meet your local guide in the hotel lobby and proceed for a half day tour to Sharjah. The Emirate of Sharjah, the “Cultural Capital” of the UAE, has a rich story of Arabian Heritage for the visitors. Rising majestically, the cultural and educational landmarks that cover the emirate give a clear picture of a modern city that has kept traditional values alive.
We begin our tour with a drive to Sharjah, slowly passing by the University City, where we can see a huge “Six Campus” development near the airport. It was founded in 1997 and consists of the American University of Sharjah, Sharjah Men’s University, Sharjah Women’s University, Higher College of Technology for Men and Higher College of Technology for Women. It also includes Sharjah Police Academy and the Sharjah Library. Drive past the Ladies Club and the Sharjah Ruler’s Palace, which will be turned into a Majlis (Parliament) and on to the creek side for a photo stop. Move on to visit the Al Naboodah House Museum. The house was owned by a rich trader, Al Naboodah and is known for its architecture. Thereafter, visit the Al Arsa Souq, a traditional souq (market).  

We will visit the Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization - The first Sharjah Islamic Museum opened its doors in the Heritage Area in 1996. Its extensive collections were moved to the impressive building of the traditional Souq Al Majarrah to be reinterpreted and redisplayed. The Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization holds thousands of rare and important Islamic artifacts, Here; you can admire the timeless achievements of Islamic civilization and its universality, learn about aspects of Islamic faith, science, discoveries and culture, and cherish the beauty of Islamic art.
Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization The tour ends with a visit to the Souq Al Markazi, commonly known as the Blue Souq, a splendid example of Islamic architecture. It is famous for souvenirs, carpets and handicrafts, which can be bargained for the best prices.  Return to Dubai by early evening Meals: Breakfast

DAY 4: DUBAI ACCOMMODATIONS: HYATT PLACE AL RIGGA ACTIVITY: DESERT SAFARI  Breakfast at the hotel

Morning at leisure

3:15 pm meet your driver who is also your guide at the hotel lobby and then head out to the desert of a Desert Safari Extravaganza!! Proceed to the high dunes to do ‘dune bashing’. For the adventurous the driver takes you on a roller coaster ride dune after dune before giving you a short break at a camel farm to see the ‘ship of the desert’. 

Drive to a Bedouin camp after sunset, where you are welcomed in traditional Arabic style with dates and Arabic coffee. Settle in for the evening to the sound of the Arabic music and belly dancer giving a glimpse of Arabian culture. 

Music playing whilst you take drinks from the bar (direct payment basis), the ladies can have their hands painted with beautiful designs drawn by henna ladies whilst the men can smoke the ‘sheesha’ (Hookah) popularly known as the hubbly-bubbly. End the evening with a sumptuous barbeque dinner and a belly dance show performed by an expert dancer. Return to the hotel by 4x4 vehicles after an evening that will definitely be a memorable one! Check out and meet your driver in the hotel lobby for your drive to Al Ain with a City Tour

Al Ain, the Garden city, is located in the eastern part of Abu Dhabi, in an opulent terrain dotted with abundant groundwater springs. In the past, this oasis town used to be a necessary stop-over for the caravan trail from the United Arab Emirates to the Sultanate of Oman and vice versa. 

The journey starts with a drive to the “Hili Archaeological Garden”, a park with restored burials from ancient civilization. Proceed to the central market of the city where people sell fruits, vegetables and commodities. 

The next stop is for lunch at a hotel (direct payment basis) before continuing with the rest of the tour. 
It includes a visit to the Al Ain Museum, which was built around the turn of the century. It is said that Sheikh Zayed, President of The UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, spent a part of his childhood there. The museum has an ethnographical and archaeological section. The tour is incomplete until you take a step into the past and take a walk through the truly enchanting Al Ain Oasis, which is set among palm trees. We also get an opportunity to see an excellent example of ‘falaj’ – the ancient irrigation system. 

Finally move on to see the country’s only remaining camel market where camels are traded daily and it is possible to choose and buy one at a bargain!  Meals: Breakfast

DAY 6: AL AIN- ABU DHABI ACCOMMODATIONS: COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT ABU DHABI WORLD TRADE CENTER ACTIVITY: FULL DAY ABU DHABI CITY TOUR & TRANSFER TO ABU DHABI HOTEL Very early breakfast at the hotel

07:45 am meet your local guide in the hotel lobby and proceed for a day tour of Abu Dhabi beginning with a visit to the Falcon Hospital at 10.00 AM. 
Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital which is a unique experience all together allowing your insight into the fascinating world of falconry, which has been integral part of the Emirati heritage.  The visit includes both the Falconry Museum and the Hospital, where you may see live medical work in progress and will also have a chance to let a large and majestic falcon sit on your arm.  Finally, you will experience the thrill of free flying falconry.

We then continue our journey with the visit to Sheikh Zayed Mosque which is the largest mosque in the UAE and the sixth largest mosque in the world. It is named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder and the first President of UAE, who is also buried there. The mosque was officially opened in the Islamic month of Ramadan in 2007.
The Sheikh Zayed Mosque has made some world records:
1. The carpet laid out on the vast expanse is the “World's Largest Carpet” made by Iran's Carpet Company and designed by Iranian artist Ali Khaliqi. This carpet measures, 627 m2 (60,570 sq ft), and was made by around 1,200 weavers, 20 technicians, and 30 workers. The weight of this carpet is 47 tons – 35 tons of wool, and 12 tons of cotton. There are 2,268,000 knots within the carpet. 
2. This mosque also holds the largest chandelier. There are seven imported chandeliers from Germany and are copper and gold-plated. The largest chandelier has a 10 m (33 ft) diameter and a 15 m (49 ft) height.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WHILE VISITING MOSQUES / OLD AREAS
    Modest, conservative, loose fitting clothing; long sleeves, long skirts and trousers 
    No transparent (see-through) clothing 
    No shorts for men & For Women, no shorts and skirts must be ankle length
     No tight clothing, no swimwear and no beachwear.
    Shoes will be removed before entering the mosque, so we recommend slip off shoes
    Headscarf for ladies is essential (these can be provided when you arrive) 
    Intimate behavior; i.e. holding hands or kissing is not acceptable in a Muslim place of worship 
    For respect to worshippers, visitors should always stay with the guide. 
    Smoking and food are not allowed in the mosque area 

Visitors are requested not to touch the Holy Quran (Holy Book) and other architectural elements inside the main prayer hall. 
Our next stop is towards Heritage Village. Situated on a 1600 sq. meter site overlooking the Cornice, near the Breakwater in Abu Dhabi, this heritage village is run by Emirates Heritage Club. Here you can journey to the past and experience traditional life in Abu Dhabi before oil revenues altered the landscape, economically and socially. In addition to Bedouin tents, there are reconstructions of palm ('Arish’) and other houses, old fishing villages and traditional Souqs.  The you will visit to Ferrari World.

LOUVRE ABU DHBAI: Continue your visit to the newly opened Louvre Abu Dhabi - the first museum of its kind in the Arab world: a universal museum that is a cultural beacon, bringing together different cultures to shine fresh light on the shared stories of humanity.

A floating dome of light and shade: Located on Saadiyat Island, Pritzker Prize winning French architect Jean Nouvel has designed a museum-city (Arab medina) under a vast silvery dome. Here you can walk through the promenades overlooking the sea beneath the museum’s 180-metre diameter dome, composed of almost 8,000 unique metal stars set in a complex geometric pattern. When sunlight filters through, it creates a moving ‘rain of light’ beneath the dome, reminiscent of the overlapping palm trees in the UAE’s oases.
